My name is Ashley and I am so glad you are here. A little bit about my background, I am a personal chef and nutritionist. I am well versed at helping others achieve their health goals.
In 2008, I started hosting free workshops and workouts for survivors of domestic violence. As a survivor myself, I was on a mission to give the power back to the survivors and show them they are not defined by their past.
By 2010, I was holding lunch and learn seminars for companies looking to educate their employees on how to live healthful lives. Presenting to hundreds of people, I taught them my best practices on stress management and provided guidance on exercise and diet.
In 2018, I started working with military members and their families to help them feel their best helping them reach their goals professionally and personally. All along the way, I would regularly offer up my expertise to friends and family.
I now support women in their health journey.
